Your items must be returned to us within 60 days of their purchase, in their original packaging. Please email us to obtain our return address at [email protected]. If items which arrive back to us are damaged, used or have not been packaged well may not be refunded. So please repack your items with care, well enough for transit, using all the original packaging. The items are your responsibility until they reach us. If you are returning a damaged item we will refund the cost of posting the item back to us.
Returns can take up to 5 working days to be processed, especially during busy periods, so please bear with us. We shall refund any money owed to you via the same method you used for payment.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges:
We apologise but we cannot currently offer an exchange. Please return the unwanted item/s to us and place a new order for any items required.
Your Right To Cancel:
You the shopper have the right to cancel within seven days of shopping with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you, the shopper do cancel an order, you will have your payment and postage returned, please follow the return guidelines as stated above.
